3. YOUR ACCOUNT

Event Horizon reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel purchases in their sole discretion.

4. RETURN POLICY

A buyer must submit in writing a request to return a product within two (2) weeks of delivery. Product should not be returned before receiving written authorization. Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis.

Items that have been removed from their plastic wrap cannot be returned. CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games must be returned unopened.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of buyer used or damaged merchandise.

Upon return receipt of undamaged merchandise, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

5. VENUE, JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

By accessing this site, you are consenting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Hawaii, in any action arising out of or relating to this agreement, including without limitation any use of this website.
